The successful candidate will have a strong interest to pursue an ACCA or CIMA qualification
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain checklists and logs to track LP transfers and KYC processes
- Maintain oversight of LP registers and repository of fund documents
- Organise and assist with the quarterly valuations process by liaising with underlying
- portfolio companies for input information
- Assist with the annual audit and regulatory reporting
- Assist in the production of quarterly and annual investor reporting and financials
- Oversee and coordinate with fund administrators in multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with the capital call and distribution process by preparing notices, reviewing calculations and reconciling cash movements
- Monitor credit facility drawdowns and repayment due dates, and prepare compliance reporting for credit facilities
- Monitor drawdown requests from FoF vehicles
You do not need to have had experience working for an investment fund. Instead, an interest in tech, start-ups or venture capital as well as a budding career in finance is all that is needed.
Requirements
- A 2:1 university degree achieved or AAT qualified
- An interest in studying towards an accountancy qualification
- Knowledge in excel and spreadsheets, and keen to develop skills
- A strong growth mindset and willingness to learn
