Reporting directly to the MD, the main purpose of the role is to manage to the day to day running of the Finance Department and provide financial analysis to the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Year end accounts preparation, submission and audit sign off.Quarterly accounts preparationMonthly income and wages reporting to MDCash management and monitoring of debtorsMonthly cash flow forecastingExpenses monitoring and processingManage and assist with the financial aspects of tenders, projects and grant applicationsMonth end journals for accruals, prepayments, depreciation and deferred incomePresentation of financial reportsLine management of Payroll Assistant and Interim Finance Manager.
