Title: Private Equity Investment Executive
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

SJC Partners is managing the recruitment process for the hire of an Investment Executive on behalf of a highly successful private equity team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will gain unrivaled exposure in this role given the involvement across both the investment process and the wider running of the private equity business.

As Investment Executive, you will work within an experienced team of investment professionals to analyse and assess incoming investment opportunities (via investment memorandums, business plans and company pitch meetings), conduct financial modelling and commercial analysis to ascertain the extent to which these businesses are appropriate targets and support the investment directors in the business case and investment committee process ahead of deal completion.

Additionally, this individual will have involvement in portfolio reporting, portfolio valuation, shareholder and stakeholder query management and the tracking of fund progress to ensure the efficient management of the fund.

The successful candidate will be ACA qualified and may be a recently qualified auditor or have some post qualified corporate finance, transaction services or restructuring experience. The progression prospects in this role are strong given the company's growth plans.
