Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire our client who are industry experts and one of the fastest growing companies in UK, are now looking for a part qualified ACA/ACCA/equivalent accountant to join them as Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

This job would suit an ambitious ACA/ACCA part qualified accountant keen on development and progression. The role will include a chance to shape processes and procedures in this dynamic and rapidly growing company. You would be responsible for a full range of reporting, analysis, and forecasting functions and report directly into the Head of Finance whilst partnering other sides of the business.

The company has experienced exponential growth and plans to significantly increase in the coming years, partnering with several blue chip clients.

The successful individual will be ACA/ACCA part qualified and have a strong academic background. This person will have strong attention to details and will be commercial minded with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks. Good Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Job responsibilities:

Perform month end close procedures. Prepare monthly management accounts.Help with year-end audit process.Property group accounting and reporting. Review and analyse revenue and cost trends.Act as a business partner to other functions in the business who rely on financial data.Prepare monthly overheads review for presentation to Directors.Assist with the annual forecast and quarterly re-forecast process.Track revenue pipeline.Review overheads forecast and target cost savings where possible.Prepare VAT and CIS returns.Assist Head of Property with financial analysis.Help roll out of new finance system.
