Our client - a niche manufacturer based in Market Harborough - is seeking an experienced accounts assistant on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller
*Assisting with administering subcontractor payments,
*Assisting with purchase ledger,
*Assist with Processing the monthly payroll,
*Weekly & ad-hoc supplier payment runs,
*Data entry,
*Assist with Processing employee expenses,
*Assist with Bank reconciliations,
*Help with Credit control,
*Support with VAT, CIS, RTI submissions,
The Right Person
*Minimum of 2-years' experience in line with the duties above,
*Experience with CIS would an advantage, but not essential
*Effective communication skills,
*Attention to detail.
*IT skills incl. Sage & Microsoft Excel.
Package
*Appointment Type: Permanent (based in-house)
*Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time
*Holiday: 20-Days + Bank Holidays
*Holiday Buy-Back Scheme (up to 10-Days)
*Auto-Enrolment Pension
