Our client is a fast growing PE backed organisation. Due to the continued growth of the business they require an Interim Pricing Director to help them through a 6 month period of change. The role will sit at a group level and take initial responsible for Pricing Strategy, Operations and Analytics across the group of companies. Key accountabilities include:
*Provide leadership, direction and change management to achieve pricing excellence that drives company business objective
*Develop coordinated and consistent value-based pricing strategy for entire product platform
*Analyzing win/ loss and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates.
*Develop a data-rich model with marketing, product management and sales to enable strong analysis of customers buying behavior and commercial strategy
*Understand and influence the Go-To-Market strategy from revenue management to pricing strategy
*Create pricing models and tools to perform recurring and ad hoc analysis
*Work closely with external and internal parties to evaluate current state and identify gaps in strategy and execution
*Be the expert on pricing Governance in the organisation and will regularly reinforce the rules that sit around it. Continuously improve pricing governance policies, framework, KPIs
*Be responsible for horizon scanning future pricing opportunities.
The successful applicant will have significant experience in pricing of SaaS offerings or other recurring revenue businesses, a firm understanding of value-based pricing, experience in business case development and pricing and financial modelling along with good exposure to product and solution /suite pricing.
