As Global Payroll Services Implementation Manager, you willbe responsible for the start to the end of the implementation process: from developing the implementation plan, co-ordinating with both the client’s teams as well as our own internal teams, ensuring that our global payroll platform is set up correctly, as well as developing relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure we can meet the timeline in line with our contractual commitments in more detail. Your remit will be:
You will need to have 5 years’ multi-country payroll experience as well as exposure of the implementation of payroll platforms. You will have excellent organisational, administration and project planning skills, ideally supported by a project management methodology certification such as Prince2. - Undertake discovery sessions to prepare implementation plans and document current and agreed process changes
- Manage the implementation plan and budget
- Understand the contractual agreements in place with each client and ensure our solution will meet these commitments
- Working with IT teams to ensure that our global payroll platform is set up correctly
- Ensure that datasets are processed on time on the global payroll platform
- Ensure successful delivery of parallel and post-Service testing activities
- Manage project governance
- Undertake ongoing process improvement to support the efficient delivery of payroll services to our clients
- Prepare and deliver training sessions
