Group Financial Controller sought to join a growing PE backed international distribution business.
Reporting to the CFO, this role has responsibility for all group reporting, controllership and statutory accounting for this £200m revenue group.
Specifically:
- Controllership and management of the Head office company
- Consolidation of international entities (management accounts)
- Development of robust financial controls
- Production of group statutory accounts (IFRS)
- Manage cash and FX exposure
- Overseeing consolidation of the monthly management accounts for all group entities
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and full year management information
- Support multiple finance/systems projects
We are looking for someone with some good IFRS exposure, consolidation and a technical accounting background who is keen to develop robust controls, get involved with project work and progress as the business grows. It would suit someone looking for private equity exposure, although previous experience is not required.
