We are recruiting a Commercial Finance Controller behalf of a high growth private equity backed software group based in Surrey. This role will be responsible for the very first (£400m rev) joint venture.
Reporting to the CFO, the first job will be to set up the the operational finance structure for the initial joint venture; then set up and manage multiple subsequent JV arrangements.
A commercial mindset is key, we definitely need someone who can demonstrate significant process controls and systems implementation exposure, as well as a commercial understanding (including contract review, negotiation etc). This role requires significant liaison with external JV finance and commercial partners.
An understanding of complex contacts/business services would be helpful. This business provides exemplary onward progression opportunity.
