Halliday Marx are excited to partner with a growing Property Organisation to recruit a Credit Controller on a Permanent basis. Working 3 days in their trendy West End Head Office and 2 days from home you will report into the Credit Manager and your duties will include, but not be limited too;
- Timely collection of outstanding debt
- Ensure that queries or disputes are resolved within a timely manner
- Report on various aspects of the debtor balances
- Work tightly and strictly to DSO targets
- Post and allocate incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhoc tasks as instructed
The Successful Candidate;
- Credit Control experience within a busy environment (Property experience preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to chase debt effectively, professional without compromising customer relations
- Driven and Focuses to achieve and targets and KPI
- Strong communicator across phone and email
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and procedures
- Key team player
- Proactive, uses initiative and has a flexible attitude to workload
- CICM students/studiers welcomed to apply
