Halliday Marx are excited to partner with a successful Professional Services organisation to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Situated in their trendy London Offices, you will be joining a successful and driven finance team and your duties will include, but not be limited too;
- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Responsible for the monthly management accounts and month end close
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis
- Preparation of the monthly cashflow forecasts
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Preparation of the quarterly tax pack and review monthly VAT returns
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments
- Ad-hoc projects as required
The Successful Candidate;
- Qualified Accountant or Finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent)
- 1-2 years post qualified experience within a dynamic finance function
- Excellent communicator with all stakeholders
- Self Starter with proactive and positive attitude
- Strong team player
- Excellent multi-tasker who thrives working to tight deadlines
- Experience with US GAAP highly desirable
- SAP Experience and knowledge highly desirable
