Financial Planning and Analysis Job Profile

Reporting to the Head of Finance. This newly created role will be responsible for targeted gross margin analysis, thus directing the business to improve performance.

Initially this will involve granular lever of detail of our full product range, investigating our product cost structure (BOM analysis) and related sales

• Ensuring data accuracy in our ERP system (Oracle)
• Experience of cost accounting would be a big benefit
• Business partnering across all areas, especially with our commercial teams
• Establish insightful Excel financial models to present to management
• Ensuring accurate stock records are maintained by working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate cycle counts 
• Ad hoc project as the business alters it product delivery

The successful candidate can be a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience

Experience in business partnering with commercial teams
