SF Group are working with a mid market and highly successful private equity house to find a Chief Financial Officer for their high growth portfolio business in Manchester City Centre.
This service sector business has a strong EBITDA number and is also relatively complex with B2B and B2C revenue streams.
As Chief Financial Officer you will support the CEO around the shaping and delivery of strategy but also look after all financial reporting and working capital management. You will also be the main POC for external stakeholders, the banks and investor.
Given the size and scale of this role, you will be an established PE CFO and have successfully grown and ideally sold a business that is ideally in a dynamic, fast paced space. You will know your way around scaling a business and also be able to run a neat and tidy divestment process.
