Description
- Provide leadership and direction to the Managers & teams responsible for the day to day service delivery; ensure appropriate workload assignments, develop individuals and processes to their full potential
- Alignment, achievement and delivery of Accounting Team, operational performance metrics and measures, including assessing overall and individual achievement of service expectations and customer satisfaction
- Inspires and strives to exceed goals, targets, embracing change and holds staff accountable
- Solves unique and complex People, Process & Technology problems which impact the business
- Remains customer experience focused, with the ability to proactively meet customers' needs for service excellence
- Lead change, innovation and continuous improvement with direct reports, peers, project teams and customers
- Actively manage the budget and value creation for projects within STP/OTC/RTR and ATR areas

- Experience in a large Shared Service Centre
- Available to start at short notice.
