Finance Manager

The role will consist of working directly alongside the Finance Director making real change and ensuring the organisation is continuing on its progressive pathway.

This is a newly created role which gives the successful incumbent the opportunity to implement their own views and ideas. While improving efficiency across the organisation working closely with the wider senior operations teams.

Description

* Provide commercial analysis and challenge to all areas of the business.

* Support strategic projects that aim to unlock future growth potential in the business.

* Support and challenge business decisions through the provision of accurate and timely information / analysis.

* Support delivery of re-forecasts and the annual budget working closely with the FD.

* Challenge budget holders to deliver against plans, identifying and highlighting areas of risk and opportunities.

* Proactively improve reporting and finance functionality through automation and modification.

* Prepare relevant supplementary schedules and analysis for monthly reporting / board packs.

* Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc management reporting.

* Support a seamless co-ordination between commercial, accounting, processes and project integration

Profile

Recognised Finance Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

Effective communicator and business partner

Strong excel skills

Able to work with senior stakeholders across the business

Looking to add value to the organisation as they continue to grow.
