Interim Accountant

Interim Accountant - 6 month contract - FMCG - Hybrid working

Your new company
Large FMCG with a growing national customer base, currently undergoing a period of modernisation and transformation within it's finance team.

Your new role
Reporting into the financial controller and playing a key role within the finance team, duties will include:

• Providing financial accounting support to assist with the introduction of the shared service centre.
• Manage, process and reconcile accruals, prepayments, and other balance sheet accounts as part of month end process.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for group companies
• Manage overhead cost centres, including FY23 budgets
• identify process improvement, cost saving and revenue growth.
• Liaising with the commercial finance team and site finance business partners

What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant that has previously worked for larger / complex businesses. You'll be available to start immediately, or at short notice.
