Central London based SME Retailer are looking to hire an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support them over a 3-6 month period, to start asap or in the new year. The role is being offered with a hybrid working arrangement, split between remote working and their central London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small head office finance and accounting team
- Oversee preparation of statutory accounts process
- Manage audit and tax compliance for the business
- Ongoing management reporting/reforecasting and ad-hoc projects
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experienced SME Financial Controller/Head of Finance
- Strong IFRS experience and exposure to audit process
- Hands-on with strong systems and leadership skills
