Senior Finance Business required to join a high grow PE Backed Service Group

Your new company
My Client is a high growth private equity backed services group. After a sustained period of growth off the back a highly successful acquisition trail, they are now seeking to reinforce their head office function.

Your new role
In this newly created pivotal position as Senior Finance Business Partner you will be supporting the senior management team, you will business partner with different teams outside of finance to provide financial expertise and ensure that all variances are understood. You will be responsible in the production of financial performance reports, the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting submissions. Additionally, you will carry out month-end activities and ensure all controls and transactions are in place.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this exciting commercial role you'll be ACA Qualified and have experience working within or auditing similar business. Experience working within an ambitious PE Backed business would be highly desirable but not essential. You will thrive and excel working within an ever changing environment that are experience continuous change due to the high growth they're experiencing. This role would be ideal for a 1st or 2nd time mover from Practice.
