GROUP FINANCE MANAGER - BIOTECH - LONG TERM CONTRACT - JANUARY START
Client Details
Since their establishment in 2017 by three high net worth individuals the business has seen rapid growth and have privately raised over $250m. Due to continued growth the business are likely to IPO next year and the business requires a Group Finance Manager to join the team and oversee the monthly close process and finance operations. As the business continues to grow the role will inevitably continue to evolve and will present opportunities for personal and career development.
Description
- Responsible for the month-end close for approximately 12 companies whilst overseeing a team of two accountants
- Review of the monthly management accounts for operating entities
- Preparation of statutory accounts for entities in Ireland and the UK
- Support with ad-hoc requests from the Group Financial Controller and the CFO
- Oversee the weekly payment runs
- Manage payroll
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Strong technical financial skills
- Experience working in Group Finance
- International exposure
- Enjoys Managing and developing a team
