CFO Listed Business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is currently working with a Listed Business who are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to take full control of the finance function and have a broad remit across the organisation. The client operates within a niche market and is the market leader in its sector. M&A is the key as they looking to double their turnover through both acquisitions and organic growth.

With overall responsibility for the delivery of strategic and operational finance and accounting, the CFO will play a leading role in contributing to the long-term development of this business, working alongside the CEO and Chairman.

The CFO will be based in London or possibility for a hybrid working model, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the strategy and plan for the business, including managing all business growth, performance opportunities and oversee their buy & build strategy.

Requirements:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Ideally have extensive experience as a CFO, but may considered an exceptional Divisional Finance Director working in a Public Company.
• Experience within Facilities Management and or Utilities would be highly desirable.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate at senior level with a proven track record of strategic thinking and a 'can-do' attitude to driving business growth.
• Ability to mentor and motivate the finance team
• A proactive, energetic, pragmatic, hardworking individual with strong people skills.
• Strong experience with M&A (acquisition and integration) is a must
