Financial Reporting Accountant

As a Financial Reporting Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the reporting of the consolidated results for the group, both externally to the the Group's investor and to the Board. With over 40 entities globally, you will also be responsible for supporting the audit and corporation tax requirements of the Group.

My client is a global, listed business that are market leaders in their given field. Operating across the UK, Europe, America and Asia, the largest trading entity within the Group is based in South Manchester.

Description

• Regulatory and Statutory Accounting and Reporting - including leading the quarterly and year end financial audits, preparation of both consolidated and separate statutory accounts for all Group companies
• Monthly management reporting
• Quarterly reporting to listed investor
• IFRS accounting queries
• Supporting the Consolidation of results from all division.
• Supporting the preparation of consolidated profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statement on a monthly basis
• Project support - supporting various work streams across different teams to deliver reporting/analysis/forecasting/ad hoc project work

Profile

• ACA qualified ideally within Big 4 or Top 20 firm
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IFRS
• Audit and corporation tax experience
• Strong communicator
• Have a questioning and inquisitive mind
• Oracle experience would be desirable
