As a Assistant Payroll Manager you will assist in delivering Global Outsourced Payroll Services for high profile multinational businesses. Working as a principle point of contact between different country operations, the Payroll Shared Service Centre and payroll partners, you will take responsibility for running first class payroll services.     

Your principal accountabilities will be:
  • Establish current processes and document agreed changes with internal payroll teams and clients
  • Assisting with payroll process and systems implementations
  • Review payroll process and system implementation post delivery
  • Maintain service levels through regular stakeholder contact
  • Identify and develop ideas which will drive process efficiencies
  • Recruit and develop employees
 
You will possess excellent analytical skills and experience of payroll problem solving with previous exposure to excellent payroll practice and the use of global payroll platforms to ensure a seamless international payroll service. .
