Management Accountant

UK wide company within a growing retail business currently have an opening for an experienced CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualified Management Accountant to join the business at an exciting time in their expansion. This role will be varied and fast paced, working with all areas of the finance division.

Working directly with the Financial Controller and senior management team your duties will include:

*Preparing reports, commentaries, financial statements and budgets for the various divisions
*Mentoring and support junior finance staff
*Liaising with senior board members and managerial staff, ensuring finance processes are running smoothly
*Ensuring efficient and accurate production and reporting of accounts
*Managing and developing financial systems and policies
*Taking part and developing major projects
*Controlling and forecasting company income and expenditure
*Creating and implementing business strategies to generate company value
*Liaise with senior stake holders across sales, marketing and IT presenting financial information to none finance areas.

Candidate Requirements:

*Hold an accounting qualification or be a finalist that is actively studying towards qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Have excellent communication skills
*Ability to use excel to an advanced level


Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualified with previous experience within a fast-paced management accountant/financial accountant position. You will be able to demonstrate strong career achievement to date and a desire to continue that progression in a forward thinking, growing organisation.
