Due to phenomenal growth over the last 3 years a niche manufacturing business has secured investment in a state of the art site and system upgrade. They're now looking to recruit an ambitious CIMA/ACCA studier, and would also give consideration to someone who is AAT qualified who is ready to start on further study to be a part of the next phase of their growth plans.
You will be working closely with a highly experienced Finance Director who has a particularly strong record in terms of staff development. Your role will offer you a real insight into commercial operations, enabling you to step away from day to day accounting and working on added value reporting and analysis which will support crucial business decisions. Business facing roles such as this are rarely offered at this career point which makes it a particularly exciting opportunity.
To be considered for this role you should have some experience of a management accounting role probably in a supporting capacity, a logical career to date and strong system skills. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels is also required as you'll be regularly liaising with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
In addition to a competitive salary this role comes with study support and genuine mentorship. Given the high growth sector that this business operates in, further career opportunities would be anticipated within the medium term.
