Global Share and Compensation Lead - Competitive Salary and Package- Oxford- Permanent- ACCA/CIMA/ACA
IN2 Consult are working with a rapidly growing PLC in the Oxford area who are looking to recruit for a Global Share and Compensation Lead to
join their team on a permanent basis.
The Global Share and Compensation Lead role includes the following duties:
- Liaise and business partner with key internal and external stakeholders
- Own all aspects of the administration of the global share schemes, including legacy plans such as CSOP and USOP
- Use ShareWorks (Solium) system to ensure share plan documentation is properly coded and processed
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 2 Share-Based Payment
- Deal with all employee queries regarding share plans
- Working with registrars
- Any other duties relating to share plans and share options within the business
- Ad-Hoc duties
The desired candidate for this Global Share and Compensation Lead role should have the following experience
- Experience in dealing with share plans/ share options
- Experience in using an employee stock option management software such as ShareWorks (Solium) or a similar software
- Experience in dealing with IFRS 2 is preferable but not a must
- Strong communication skills
- Previous background in dealing with registrars and liaising with stakeholders
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified/ Accounting background
