Financial Accountant

Axon Moore are delighted to be working alongside a high growth, well-established organisation based in Crewe who are looking to bring a Financial Accountant into their team. The position itself has a broad remit, looking at both technical and commercial accounting and supporting the ongoing development of the finance function.


This position is ideally suited to a qualified accountant with a broad background, looking to move into a role that continues to provide breadth of responsibility and exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Management Accounts for 2 subsides and all month end reporting.
• Complete subsidiary budgets, including monthly and daily forecasts.
• Subsidiary payroll.
• Run corporate tax workings for the full group.
• Complete statutory accounts for the group.
• Manage the corporate tax and VAT for the group, liaising with the external auditors.
• Act as the point of contact for any technical queries across the group.

Person Specification

• ACA/ CIMA or ACCA Qualified.
• Experience in both Management Accountants and Financial Accounting. 
• Strong excel skillset. 
• Excellent communicator.

The package includes a salary of £50,000 DOE and a hybrid working model. (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).
