You will be responsible for working and advising on some high profile M&A and Restructuring projects that will fully test and develop both your technical and client handling skills working in a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate is likely to be a newly or recently qualified ACA / CTA who ideally has trained within Corporate Tax and is now looking to specialise and may have some exposore to Transactions. However newly qualified ACAs from an Audit, or non Tax, background may also be considered if they have a strong academic and professional record and a genuine interest in moving in to Tax.
