A high-growth international private-equity backed company operating within the Software / SaaS sector are looking to hire a CFO to operate at Board level, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.
This company, based in Sweden, are an innovative leader in their sector utilising SAAS based software technology and have the backing of a very reputable PE investor. The role will be responsible for overall finance leadership at a strategic and commercial level with ultimate responsibility for the finance function including debt management, M&A and ensuring integrity of the numbers.
The prerequisite for this position is for an experienced and dynamic CFO who has previously operated at Board level and who is well equipped to lead a finance function for a high growth business in the Software sector, ideally with SAAS experience. In addition to this, previous experience in Private Equity-backed businesses, extensive M&A, and developing successful board level partnerships is desired.
