Client Details
My client are a manufacturing business that produce a niche product for sale across the whole of the UK.
They have big sales growth plans and are looking for an FD to take them to the next level.
Description
Reporting to a Site MD, the Finance Director will lead the finances of the business on a day to day basis.
The business have seen some massive wins recently and have big growth plans over the next 12 - 24 months.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Complete ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process.
- All of the internal reporting and external reporting to Group and Owners.
- full cashflow management
- Working Capital Management
- Margin analysis, operational analysis and driving efficiency's throughout the business
- management accounts production to tight deadlines
- stakeholder engagement
- Sit on the SMT
- Full Year End Process
Profile
You will be a Qualified Accountant with CIMA, ACCA or ACA
Excellent cash management experience
Excellent Working capital experience
Drive Lean across a business
Good understanding of Invoice Discounting
Ideally you will have worked in a Group business and understand Group Reporting
Job Offer
Temp salary c£300 - £400 per day (Perm c £70,000 - £75,000)
Hybrid working
