Established 15 years ago, they have grown hugely and are still looking to grow the team. They are now seeking an ambitious Graduate or experienced Analyst with a strong academic background who is keen to learn in the role and can potentially study CIMA if desired.
About the Role
This role sits in the Commercial Marketing Team and will provide a detailed insight into the company's marketing strategy. Via the main channels of TV, Radio and sponsorship adverts, you will report on performance and make recommendations to help drive business growth. Good IT skills and use of Excel and SQL will be important, as will using Google Analytics to make sure there is a good return on investment.
Salary
Grad - £21k plus full CIMA study support if required at Grad level
Experienced - £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Salary

Job Duties
- Daily and weekly reporting on performance vs. KPIs and budget/YoY. Analysis and recommendations on reporting to drive business growth.
- Reporting weekly marketing spend figures to the finance department.
- Working closely with online acquisition team to develop return on investment (ROI) reports at keyword, campaign and ad group level.
- Working closely with CRM team to develop ROI reports at mailing name, mailing category, time of day and customer segmentation level.
- Working closely with Offline Media team to report on TV, Radio and Sponsorship performance.
- Assisting all areas of the marketing department with test and trials, ensuring that all tests are measurable and analysing to ROI level.
- Reporting on regions for market share and making recommendations for improvement.
- 2:1 or above University degree in an Accounting, Marketing, Business, Maths or Economics related subject
- Proven experience of around 1-2 years
- Excellent IT literacy, ideally with strong excel skills
- Experience with Google Analytics 360/keen to learn
- SQL experience/skills
- Knowledge of A/B Testing and an understanding of Statistical Significance
- Ability to prioritise workloads and achieve tight deadlines working in a high pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, challenging culture
