Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently supporting a fantastic international business with a head office in Lichfield who are recruiting for a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) to join them as Group FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. The role offers fantastic exposure within an international group, a competitive package including bonus and large amounts of flexibility in terms of hours and working from home.
This is a new role, reporting to the group Head of FP&A, which will provide high quality information to senior stakeholders and will be focused on improving and implementing processes to gather and present data quickly and accurately to create greater insight for our executive team.
Responsibilities, Group FP&A Analyst, Lichfield
- Fully embed Oracle system and processes in the business making it a reliable single source of truth for the whole organisation
- Maintenance and improvement of data management within the group of financial and non-financial KPI's
- Consolidation and production of monthly analysis for senior leadership team and board
- Consolidation and analysis of territory submissions for all forecasts and budgets
- Project management of annual budgeting process and interim forecast processes
- Production of reports for external stakeholders including shareholders and lenders
- Ad hoc analysis for senior leadership team
- Building strong relationships with internal finance and operational teams and advising them of best practice for planning and reporting
Requirements, Group FP&A Analyst, Lichfield
- Able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders preferably in a multinational company
- Strong system skills and experience of using a reporting system such as Hyperion or PBCS
- Able to manage large sets of data, and assimilate into incisive analysis for senior management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience of producing detailed multi-site budgets inclusive of P&L's, balance sheets, cashflows and detailed financial and non-financial KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to engage with non-financial stakeholders
- Qualified - (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
- Advanced excel and powerpoint skills
