An exciting position in a boutique corporate finance firm that is partnered with a Top 100 independent accounting firm has become available. Our client has a strong focus upon business development and training of their team, all while working with a varied and engaging client base.


Your new role

This role will include direct exposure to clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to listed companies, institutional investors, private equity funds, and commercial lending banks, both UK and international.

What they do:

• Disposal advisory: including sales preparations advice as well as sales process execution and negotiation
• Acquisition advisory: including target search and identification
• Valuation: business valuations
• Capital raising: leveraging the combined firm's domestic and international network of investors
• Acquisition due diligence: focusing on key value and deal-breaker issues
• Strategy consulting: Board-level dialogue with both public and private businesses

What you'll need to succeed

You will have some understanding and interest in financial markets and will have an affinity for and interest in the workings of different businesses and business models. This is a client-facing role so it is essential that you enjoy client relationship building and are prepared to work flexibly between multiple and different work streams. You will have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be a team player but also able to work using your own initiative.
