Financial Accountant

Financial accountant needed for established real estate group

Your new company
You will be working for a large and established real estate development group. The business develop and manage assets across Europe and have a number of high profile developments in the UK. The business develop residential, commercial and mixed use developments.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the business with year end financial accounting under IFRS. You will be supporting the finance function during a busy period and be responsible for supporting the audit process. You will be supporting the group function and be partnering with the different regions to make sure the information if accurate and timely.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience preparing statutory accounts and managing an audit. You will have an understanding of either FRS 102 and IFRS and a good attention to detail.

What you'll get in return
