Head of R2R- listed retail group £75,000-£80,000 car & bonus

Your new company
My Client a listed in international retail group are seeking to appoint a head of record to report. This is a newly created position which has been created by sustained growth and organisational transformation.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the group financial controller this newly created position will manage a team of around 10. You will be tasked with building a best in class accounting function. Moving away from a transnational shared service centre and creating a highly skilled centre of excellence. You will be tasked with building strong internal relationships across an international leadership level.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience of working within a large complex organisation. You will have excellent senior stakeholder management skills. Prior experience of working with international outsourced partners & assisting with transition projects is also advantageous.
