My Client is a market leading international professional services group. Due to both organic expansion & recent acquisitions they are seeking to strengthen the organisations finance function with this newly created role.

Your new role
In this newly created role you will partner with the organisations finance director to develop the finance shared service centre. You will create a high performing centre of excellence and operational finance function. You will manage and develop a team of circa 20, with a view of future proofing the function for future growth. You will be involved with systems, process change and business transformation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified with previous experience of leading a medium to large multi disciplinary finance function. Prior experience of leading finance transformation projects is key.
