Financial Accountant

Year End support for a leading Construction and Property sector business, in Manchester for at least 3 months.

A market leading Construction & Property sector business in Manchester.

Your new role
You will support the Financial Director with the delivery of Year End Statutory accounts for a number of different legal entities. This will include year end close. finalising the Statutory Reports and dealing with the Auditors. You will then move on to dealing with any audit queries and help improve systems and controls.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with strong Financial Accounting skills and recent experience in the preparation of Statutory Accounts and audit liaison. You will be highly IT literate and previous experience of Sage would be advantageous. You will be available to start in the next week or two and be happy to commit to 3 months.
