I am currently recruiting for my client who are based outside Chester - commutable from Chester, Tarvin, Nantwich, Tarporley, Frodsham, Winsford, Northwich etc. They are looking to bring onboard a permanent Accounts Clerk / Co-Ordinator to join the team and assist with day to day transactional processing and credit control, reporting to the finance manager. The business is growing and as such are keen to meet with candidates who are looking to develop and grow their existing skill set too! The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who is comfortable with a customer-focused approach to accounts receivable.

Main Responsibilities
* Day to day financial support across the function
* Full ownership of the Accounts Receivable function
* Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled accounts
* Completing routine processes and achieving KPI's
* Ensuring clients requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner
* Identifying areas of improvement within current systems
* Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
* Preparing and presenting to the Finance Manager, reports monthly and when required on operations, targets, and revenue
Key Skills
* Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Sage 50 / SAP experience desirable
* Previous Credit Control Experience essential
* Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
* Work efficiently under pressure
* Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities
* Ability to prioritise your own workload

This is a full time, permanent office based role. Hours 8 - 4 Monday - Thursday and an early finish 3 on a Friday
