Management Accountant

I am currently recruiting for an aspiring Assistant/Management Accountant to join a very successful business in Cheshire (commutable from Chester, Wrexham, Whitchurch and Crewe). You will report to the Finance Manager and play an integral role business-partnering across an exciting and diverse business. This is an outstanding opportunity to progress through your CIMA/ACCA qualification.

Responsibilities and duties:

* Finance Business Partner across 2 entities
* P&L review
* Balance sheet review
* Accruals and quarterly calculations
* Budgets and forecasts
* Monthly reporting packs
* Revenue forecasts
* Project profitability
* Orderbook reports
* Month end revenue check and accruals
* Customer analysis
* Review and feedback of EBITDA
* Variance analysis
* Service WIP
* Sales report with analysis
* CO postings
* WBS mapping/structure
* Departmental reporting and feedback
* Monthly meetings with local managers
* Assist with the production of the Global Revenue Report
* Overhead coding checks

Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree/Studying/Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA
* Proven Strong Excel skills, proficient in other Microsoft programs
* Experience working in multi-national company, multi-currency organisations
* Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail
* Proven track record of multi-tasking and adherence to deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Customer-focused professional attitude, impeccable honesty and integrity
* Experience in a similar role
