Halliday Marx have partnered with a growing Property company in North London, to recruit for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
Your Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited too;
- Resolving queries related to missing payments
- Assist the Credit Control team to deal with queries from internal and external sources
- Logging and updating the Aged Debtor report
- Raising invoices to be sent out to clients
- Reconciling bank statements and cash
- Performing Month end duties as required
The Successful candidate will;
- Previous experience in an accounting role within a Property organisation
- Experience using Yardi is highly desired
- Good communication both Verbal and Written
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
