PE Interim CFO

A newly private equity backed professional services business requires an Interim CFO to take the helm whilst the search for a permanent individual takes place.

This high-growth organisation has received external investment for the first time and is in need of an experienced CFO with a strong understanding of acquisition accounting and prior knowledge of private equity practices to support the business as it transitions to new ownership.

In addition to strong accounting knowledge, the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including founder/CEOs, is crucial. As is the ability to mentor and coach the existing finance function.

The role will require the ability to start at very short notice and so we are only able to consider candidates that are immediately available.

Due to the fast-paced nature of this role, candidates with a demonstrable track record of successful interim assignments in high growth, PE or VC backed businesses will be preferred.
