Our client is an ambitious early-stage healthcare / wellbing business (psychotherapy, psychiatry, counselling etc.). They are well-funded and supported by a team of experts. Having opened their first centre in South West London in 2020, two additional site openings will take place in 2022.
We are recruiting a part-time Financial Controller to support the growth of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious person to make their mark in a challenging role being intimately involved in the tactical and strategic development of this young company. The role could develop into a Finance Director role over time as the individual and the company grows.
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Leadership Team, the Financial Controller will have full responsibility for ensuring the finance function runs efficiently through strong controls and process. The right candidate will support the business through proactive business partnering with the CEO and other members of the leadership team.
Although required to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into all levels of finance, this role is supported by an assistant accountant.
