Your new company
Our fast growing SME client is looking to recruit a commercially focused Management Accountant for a hybrid role.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, including preparation, identifying variances and creating insightful reports. Supporting with budgeting and forecasting process as well as Cash flow forecasting. Build dashboards to track key business information and provide proactive financial and commercial insight using business intelligence tools. Use financial data and key performance indicators to analyse financial performance. Identify and implement improvements to business systems, processes and financial controls. Ad hoc financial modelling and projects including system implementations. Working with various stakeholders through out the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified or part qualified Accountant with experience of preparing management accounts, along with budgeting and forecasting. Strong systems skills would be a plus including advanced Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders to provide financial information.

What you'll get in return
Salary £38000 - £45000 depending on experience plus a 10% bonus, good pension and private health care. This is a hybrid role split 50% of the time working from home and the office.
