Join a successful, nationwide FMCG business looking for an FP&A Analyst to facilitate the optimisation and maintenance of effective, insightful and accurate data reporting.

Description

  • Work as part of a team of 3 to collectively develop and maintain all company Board and management routine data analysis and reporting
  • Take full responsibility for delivering the weekly trading pack
  • Utilise BI tools to deliver meaningful insights in to business performance, in particular revenue trends and F&B margins
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning processes
  • Assist with production of business cases / plans to enable high quality decision making
  • Clearly communicate with others within and outside of the Finance team to ensure effective transfer of information and therefore understanding of data reports
  • Ensure delivery of commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard

Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • FP&A experience of multi-site, consumer facing businesses or experience of dealing with high volume data.
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Naturally inquisitive to interpret and understand data, rather than just produce reports
  • Highly analytical, with a real eye for detail and has a genuine interest in understanding the issues behind the numbers
  • Advanced financial modelling skills including advanced excel skills; Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and produces quality outputs to tight deadlines
