Our high growth fin-tech client require an Interim CFO for 3-6 months to support their rapid growth ambitions and international expansion whilst maintaining a robust finance function.
You will be the right hand person to the CEO and have responsibility for the following;
- Support the CEO in investor fund raising; namely across international entities in the US, Asia and Europe
- Continue developing a best-practice finance function; giving the team stability, yet also driving best practice processes and procedures
- Manage external stakeholders; auditors for the audit delivery, and banking relationships as required
- Support the Board and advise with their strategic plans, ensuring meaningful and accurate budgets, forecasts and financial information
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Demonstrable experience fund-raising with international investors, circa $20 - $70mill
- Experience within fin-tech/ technology/ SaaS is preferable
- Ability to work strategically with the CEO, yet also hands-on to deliver financial deadlines
You will be remote working, yet need the ability to locate yourself in the Central London office when needed. The role is deemed outside of IR35, acting as an advisor to the Board, with the core delivery to support the fund-raising initiative.
