Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a large, successful and well known business, which is a leader in its field, to recruit a Financial & Business Analysis Manager.

Your new role
The Financial & Business Analysis Manager will manage a small team support the Chief Operating Officer and Group Financial Controller to provide commercially sound recommendations to improve operational performance. This is an incredibly varied role which will involve working with a number of Directors across the business so a combination of excellent business partnering skills, strong technical accounting skills, and proven commercial acumen will be required from the successful applicant. You'll be involved in strategic planning, producing Board reports, monitoring margins, reviewing results and forecasts, and providing statutory reporting information to support announcements to the City.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a senior commercial finance role. You'll have the proven ability to focus on driving the business to improve, and to challenge figures and current ways of operating. You'll be able to manage and prioritise multiple demands, and you'll be confident communicator who is able to motivate and challenge others.
