Your new firm
A top 20 Accountancy Firm are looking to appoint a qualified audit and accounts senior to be based in their Liverpool City Centre office following a period of growth. The Liverpool office has been established for over thirty years and provides a partner led service to a range of owner managed businesses including manufacturing, charities, partnerships and IT companies.

Your new role
As an Audit & Accounts Senior you will be responsible for leading a range of audit and accounting assignments whilst also gaining involvement in special project work. Your key duties will include undertaking audit assignments from the planning stages through to completion, preparing corporation tax returns, reviewing juniors work, liaising with clients on a regular basis and ensuring budgets are adhered to. You will be dealing with a wide range of client including large OMBs, group structures, financial services and solicitors.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are ideally looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional (or finalist) who has experience of auditing owner managed businesses and any knowledge or Solicitors Accounts Rules and FSA regulated clients would be of benefit. This is a client facing role and therefore during interview you must be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
