Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner

Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner (Hybrid working) required for Multi-site business based in Hertford

This newly created role (with succession planning in mind) reports into the Financial Controller and supports the operations through Management reporting and business partnering and provides an excellent working environment and long term progression

Key Accountabilities and duties include:

Supporting the Operations as a Finance Business Partner with investment appraisal, pricing and ad-hoc analysis, Monthly Management reporting along with commentary for presenting in operational meetings, supporting the budgeting and forecasting and ownership of P&L for 2 divisions. Improving the overall quality of decision support accounting and playing a significant role in driving business performance. You will also support other areas of finance giving a broad scope to the role.

The business offers hybrid working with two to three days in the office required.

The ideal candidate will have good Excel skills and the ability to build relationships across the business. Prior experience within a small to medium sized Manufacturing business would be highly desirable.

You will be a recently qualified Accountant ACA, CIMA or ACCA however candidates with a relevant skill set will also be considered.
