Description
What will you be doing?
- Manage and develop a team of 5
- Deliver monthly management accounts
- Deliver consolidated quarterly and annual statutory accounts under IFRS
- Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards
- Produce the company wide KPIs
- Manage the annual audit
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting across the group
- UK and international tax and VAT
- Cash and treasury management
- Implement a financial systems ERP
- Contribute to the strategy and commercial decision making and work with Senior Management on analysis including commercial/capex and labour; and funding decisions
- Help integrate acquired businesses into the group
Profile
What's needed to be considered?
- External reporting experience or ability to report quarterly and annually
- Audit background
- Finance operations experience such as running month end close, integrating businesses or system implementation
- Team management responsibilities
- Ability to manage Exec level stakeholders
