Are you looking for a role as a Regulatory Reporting Manager in a Swiss bank? This top private bank are looking to hire someone with 7+ years (PQE) of regulatory reporting experience in a bank who has encyclopedic knowledge in their field. Your responsibilities will vary from managing the Bank of England prudential supervisory returns to performing horizon scanning, identifying, distilling and communicating the coming changes in the regulatory landscape while working closely with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Producing all prudential and statistic regulatory returns
- Managing UAT and regression testing
- Lead the junior members of the team, providing ongoing mentorship and coaching
- Performing horizon scanning, identifying, distilling and communicating the coming changes in the regulatory landscape
- Provide expertise in all relevant reporting rules in order that you can interpret and act on ambiguous regulations
- Work with risk to assist with the preparation of the ICAAP and ILAAP process
- Work with the head of department to develop capital and liquidity forecasting capabilities of the bank’s metrics
- Develop value adding Management Information to inform decision making in both front office and by senior managers
- Performing ad hoc analysis, remediation activities and improving and upholding the reporting framework’s standards
The right candidate will have:
- 7+ years of regulatory capital reporting experience in a bank
- Management experience
- Good knowledge of international reporting standards
- Excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Understanding of the banking product life-cycle
- Expertise in data, systems and process flows
- Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills
