Title:Performance Partner Manager
Salary: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00
Location: Manchester
SJC Partners are currently handling the recruitment of a Performance Partner Manager for a highly entrepreneurial and fast paced Investment Business in the heart of Manchester to work closely with partners of the business and ensure they deliver optimum performance.
More specifically, responsibilities will cover:
- Developing relationships with outsourced UK partners to ensure appropriate servicing solutions exist for all customers
- Producing Operational KPI's
- Analysing performance trends, opportunities and shortfalls within the Partner Network to improve performance
- Preparing for (and presenting at) internal and external performance review meetings using performance metrics to hold key stakeholders accountable and drive improvements in performance.
- Negotiating commission rates with external Partner network
- Working closely with the strategy and analytics team to develop and implement strategies to enhance performance
- Engaging and supporting the Implementation teams to effectively on-board new portfolios of customer accounts
- Working with UK operations to lead them to achieve cost savings and effective service provision
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills:
- Strong communicator and negotiator with positive influencing and interpersonal skills
- Experience of dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Background in financial services is desirable (bot not a must have)
- Experience of working in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk management e.g. FCA, CONC, conduct risk, would be beneficial
